Movement has always been about more than exercise to me. What began as my own search for confidence and connection became a passion for creating spaces where other people could experience the same. Through years of learning, teaching, and continuing to be a student myself, I've discovered that the most meaningful transformation doesn't come from moving perfectly—it comes from learning to trust yourself.

I created BO_LD to be more than a place to work out—it was created to be a place to come home to yourself. Through intentional Pilates and strength training, I hope you'll leave every class feeling stronger, more connected, and more confident than when you walked in. Because your movement doesn't have to look like anyone else's—it just has to feel like yours.
